Routines and handling around Covid-19

The safety of our guests and employees is of great importance to us. Silver Resort carefully follows the recommendations and regulations set out by the Swedish authorities regarding Covid-19. Below you will find more information about our enhanced routines for hygiene and safety.

During these times we pay extra attention to:

  • maintain high hygiene standards
  • provide hand sanitizer in all public areas
  • clean and disinfect high touch areas, such as door handles, buttons and payment terminals
  • keep a safe distance
  • inform staff and guests about how we can limit the spread of Covid-19 together

We have stepped up our hygiene program to include even more regular cleaning of public spaces with many high touch areas, e.g. public toilets, reception and restaurant.

Where the layout of the building permits, there will be a one-way system with separate entry and exit. Information materials is available to provide guidelines regarding hand hygiene and social distancing, as well as signage and distance markers to help arrange flow of customers.

All staff use face masks and gloves where it is required to ensure a safer stay and work environment.

We aim to speed up the check-in process to reduce the amount of time spent at reception. A plexiglass screen is installed as a protective barrier between guests and staff while at reception. High-touch items such as keycards and keys are disinfected following each stay.

In your room or cabin you should be able to feel safe knowing that we carefully clean and disinfect high touch areas such as door handles, buttons and remote controls.  The room or cabin is always thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay.

If you prefer not to have your room or cabin cleaned daily in order to be sure that no one has entered your room during your stay, please let us know and we will make sure to respect this.

Currently we serve breakfast and lunch as usual with a buffet. Staff will be available to serve from the buffet. Our opening hours will be extended to enable visitors to avoid crowds. Take away solution is available.

A host will assist guests with being seated at the restaurant. A safe distance will be maintained between each table.
