2. INFORMATION COLLECTED
We consider Personal data as information that can be used to identify an individual which includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, date of birth, credit card information, home or other physical address, email address, telephone number or other contact information. You may be asked to provide Personal data when booking or using our Services. The information we store may include contact information, delivery address information, billing information, transaction recordings, preferred settings for use of a website and feedback regarding our Services. The data is stored by Arjeplog Hotell Silverhatten AB. The data is important for us to be able to provide good quality services. We do not store your Personal data in our Services without your knowledge.

We use the Personal data we receive from you to provide our Services, provide customer service, perform necessary security and ID checks, process transactions online, inform you of our Services, activities and offers, promotional offers and information of products and Services from carefully selected partners in order to be able to provide better Products and Services and better customer service features, facilitate your participation in third-party campaigns, meet certain company-specific requirements and anything else that in any way relates to the handling of the Services.
